Equinox Health Navigation was founded by Jesse Briggs to provide individuals and families with the expert guidance and support they need to navigate today's complex healthcare landscape. My background includes extensive experience in emergency medical services, 911 dispatch, and emergency department coordination, providing me with a unique perspective and skillset for healthcare navigation.   This professional experience has equipped me with the ability to efficiently coordinate care, communicate effectively with healthcare providers, and advocate for patients' needs. Importantly, through my professional roles and personal health journey, I have gained significant experience interfacing with all major healthcare networks in both Cook and Milwaukee Counties.   Beyond my professional experience, my personal journey managing a complex illness allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level, providing compassionate support and a thorough understanding of their challenges.
